Meet Victoria
Victoria Oblisk, LPCC, LICDC
I specialize in helping children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.
Life experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you are processing a traumatic experience, struggling with anxiety or depression, or coping with the loss of someone or something meaningful, therapy can provide a safe space to heal, gain understanding, and develop healthier ways of coping.
How I Work
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and individualized to each person’s needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Therapy with me is collaborative and focused on both healing and practical tools. My goal is to help you process difficult experiences, better understand your emotions, and build skills that support lasting change.
For clients who desire it, I also offer the option of incorporating a faith-based approach into therapy. Faith and spirituality can be integrated into treatment in a way that honors your personal beliefs and values.
Areas I Work With
I commonly work with individuals experiencing:
• Trauma and its lasting impact
• Anxiety, worry, and feeling overwhelmed
• Depression and low mood
• Grief and loss
• Emotional regulation and coping
• Life transitions and adjustment
• Self-esteem and self-worth
• Family and relationship concerns
Background and Experience

I work with clients across the lifespan, adapting my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

A Bit More About Me
I believe you don’t have to navigate life’s difficult moments alone. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, genuine, and supportive, a place where you can feel heard, process what you’ve been through, and take steps toward healing and meaningful change.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I am a wife and proud cat mom to three cats. I love spending time with my family, baking, especially sourdough bread, and enjoying the outdoors through hiking and exploring nature. I believe that finding joy in the simple things, staying connected to the people and experiences that matter most, and making space for yourself are all important parts of a healthy and fulfilling life.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate your own journey toward healing and growth.
Final Words
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be the first step toward understanding your experiences, finding ways to cope, and creating meaningful change.
