Short version: this website itself collects no health information and runs no tracking. Its contact form only writes an email in your own email app. The benefits checker on the fees page is run by Mentaya, a third-party service, which uses its own tracking.
What this website collects
This website does not collect health information. The consultation request form on the contact page only writes an email in your own email app: nothing you type in it is sent to or stored by this website, and nothing reaches the practice unless you choose to send that email. This website does not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, a Facebook pixel, advertising tags or tracking cookies.
Visits may be counted in aggregate by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Where your health information lives
Booking, intake paperwork, secure messages, telehealth and billing all happen in Jane, the practice's secure booking system and client portal. Jane runs under its own privacy policy and the practice's agreement with Jane. Nothing you enter in Jane passes through this website.
The out-of-network benefits checker on the fees page is provided by Mentaya, a third-party service the practice uses. It runs inside a frame from Mentaya's own website. What you enter in it goes to Mentaya, not to this website, and Mentaya uses its own analytics and tracking tools inside that frame, governed by Mentaya's privacy policy.
Email is fine for scheduling questions. Please do not send health details by email, because ordinary email is not a secure channel.
